Cancer is a heterogeneous mixture of cells with varied states. The best treatment options require an understanding of the disease state at the cellular level. Single-cell multi-omics reveals the interplay between genotype and phenotype. The Tapestri Platform is the only single-cell multi-omics platform capable of simultaneously detecting SNVs, CNVs, and protein expression from the same single cell. Bulk sequencing, cell-line databases, and flow cytometry were orthogonally verified against Tapestri multi-omics results.
